- A commerce graduate who started his business journey in the year 2002 and has more than 2 decades of experience in gem and jewellery business.
- He holds prestigious Chairmanship of Indian Gems and Jewellery Domestic Council a nodal agency responsible for laws pertaining to domestic gems and jewellery industry.
- Responsible for entire sales of UCPL and leads a team of about 60 sales persons.
- Has successfully navigated UCPL to its present stature of being amongst the top domestic wholesale B2B company.
- A passionate marketer, is responsible for on boarding all new domestic and international clients was well as increasing the wallet share of existing clienteles.
- Having mastered the art of relationship management, he has excellent relations with top and marquee domestic and international jewellery brands and showrooms.
- An ardent designer by heart, he is the source and inspiration for all designs.
- Actively involved and responsible for all regulatory processes of UCPL.
Mr Saiyam Premkumar Mehra

• A commerce graduate who started his business journey in the year 2004 and has more than 2 decades of experience in gem and jewellery business.
• He is passionate about finance and responsible for entire funds management, accounts, compliance and purchases for UCPL.
• Has mastered the art of Supply Chain management a critical aspect of UCPL business. Ensuring optimum utilisation of financial resources vis-à- vis timely delivery to all stake holders in entire value chain of UCPL business.
• Having deeper understanding of various statutory compliances, is responsible ensuring that UCPL remains compliant in all related matters.
• Responsible for maintaining optimum level of Cold, a critical component of business continuity & profitability at UPCL’s Mumbai, Delhi & Kolkata branches.
• Having a fervour for designing he also focuses on designing along with quality control at all stages of jewellery making to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.
• Looks after Operations, Finance & Accounts, System Process Improvement, Procurements, Packaging, Quality Control and Logistics.
Mr Ankit Premkumar Mehra

Jitendra Pratap Singh, aged sixty-two (62) years is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company since January 27, 2023. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Science from Kanpur University and also holds Master of Business Administration degree from University of Delhi.
He has over thirty-five (35) years of experience in managing banking, spread across retail banking, business banking, SME business, commercial banking, products, processes, operations and risk management. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Axis Bank Limited and State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur.
Recognized for introducing tech-based solutions to capture Govt. and PSU business. Regular panelist in policy forums and think tanks.

Vijayalakshmi Shalil Suvarna is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in human resources development management from the University of Mumbai. She has also completed diplomas in personnel management and business management from Prin. L.N. Welingkar Institute, and a diploma in human resources development from the All India Council for Management Studies, along with practical training at Canara Bank.
She has worked across hospitality, telecom, consultancy, and entrepreneurship. Currently the Managing Director of Liberation Coaches Private Limited, she has also served as Director at Smart Training and Consultancy Services. Her earlier roles include business development and human resource positions at UTV Toons, Mahajan and Aibara, The Ambassador, Holiday Inn Gem Park, Crystal Creations India, Microwave Communications, and the Indian Institute of Contact Centre Management.
Ms Vijayalakshmi Shalil Suvarna

Amit has 35+ years in financial services with expertise in securities markets, pensions, and financial inclusion. As Group Head at Protean eGov Technologies Ltd., he has led major social security initiatives and shaped policy in collaboration with SEBI, RBI, PFRDA, and AMFI.
A founding member of NSDL, he helped digitize India’s capital markets and later spearheaded the National Pension System and Atal Pension Yojana, driving the country’s pension reforms. More recently, he has been building a digital platform for the CSR ecosystem.
Respected for combining strategic insight with a broader social vision, Amit focuses on efficiency, transparency, and impact in public policy and social security.
